Set ambitious, data-driven goals and vision for achievement for 350 7th and 8th graders at Lakeshore and 850 6th- 8th graders at Fair Park. Managed all aspects of the establishment of the new middle school. Development of master schedule with RTI periods and common planning periods. Campus budget development and management, verified all campus expenditures, check requests, monthly ledgers, employee time sheets, fundraisers, overtime requests, and fund transfers. Facilitated collaboration between teams of teachers, administrators and stakeholders. Provided opportunities for professional growth consistent with vision for achievement which resulted in Lakeshore being recognized as a Top Gains School by LDOE and improving a letter grade. Developed a pipeline of teacher leaders. Created and upheld systems that resulted in a safe, orderly, and positive school environment and climate by establishing student leadership programs and system of houses. Observe teachers and provide feedback on instruction regularly. Supervision of campus extracurricular programs. Active member of PTSA.
